Noor Deen Store ensures a seamless and transparent shipping process for our valued customers. This policy provides comprehensive details regarding shipping destinations, timeframes, costs, and responsibilities.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping services exclusively within the United States (USA), including all 50 states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam) at this time. International shipping is not available.

2. Product Pricing & Currency

All prices listed on zachbryanshop.net are in United States dollars (USD). The total price at checkout includes the product cost. There are no hidden charges.

4. Shipping Origin

To ensure efficiency, orders are dispatched from our fulfillment centers located within the United States or from our international partner warehouses, depending on inventory availability and your proximity to the facility.

5. Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 05:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time (MST)

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM will begin processing the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the following business day.

6. Order Processing Time

All orders undergo a thorough quality check and packaging process.

  • Processing Duration: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday–Friday).

7. Tracking Information

Transparency is our priority. Once your package is scanned by the carrier:

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
  • Tracking status may take up to 24 hours to update on the carrier’s system (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS).

8. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We utilize a network of premium carriers to ensure safe handling:

  • Primary Carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS (United States Postal Service).
  • The specific carrier is selected based on the package weight, dimensions, and the delivery speed selected at checkout.

9. Packaging & Order Protection

Your items are compressed and vacuum-sealed to maintain hygiene and reduce shipping bulk. We use reinforced cardboard boxes and protective layers to prevent damage during transit.

10. Address Accuracy & Verification

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including apartment or suite numbers).

  • Noor Deen Store is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
  • If our system flags an address as "Unverified," we will contact you via email. Processing will pause until we receive a confirmation.

11. Order Cancellation

We allow a 24-hour grace period for cancellations.

  • If you change your mind, email support@zachbryantour.store or noordeensstore@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You must follow our return policy after receiving the item.

12. Change of Shipping Address

Address changes are only permitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the tracking number is generated, we cannot redirect the package to a new address.

13. Failed Delivery / Missed Attempts

If the carrier is unable to deliver the package due to the customer's absence or an inaccessible location:

  • The carrier may leave a notice for redelivery or pickup.
  • If the package is returned to us as "undeliverable" or "refused," the customer may be charged a reshipping fee to send it again.

14. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  • Deadline: You must notify us within 48 hours of the "Delivered" timestamp.
  • Requirement: Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the original shipping label. We will ship a replacement at no extra cost.

15. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we aim for precision, delays can happen due to weather, high carrier volume, or technical issues.

  • If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days (Monday–Friday), please contact us.
  • We will open an inquiry with the carrier. If the package is declared "lost," we will issue a full refund or a replacement.

16. Delivery Confirmation

Once the carrier marks a package as "delivered," it is considered fulfilled.

  • Noor Deen Store is not responsible for "porch piracy" (stolen packages after delivery). We recommend shipping to a secure location.

17. VAT, Taxes & Import Fees

For orders within the USA, Product prices are inclusive of any or all taxes. There are no additional customs duties or import fees for domestic orders, as we handle all logistics.

18. Our Responsibilities vs. Customer Responsibilities

  • Our Responsibility: To process, pack, and hand over your order to the carrier within the stated timeframe and provide valid tracking.
  • Customer Responsibility: To provide a secure delivery location, monitor the tracking, and report any issues within the specified windows (24–48 hours).

19. Invoices & Documentation

A digital invoice/receipt is sent to your email immediately after payment. A printed packing slip (without pricing) may be included inside the package for inventory verification.

20. Sustainability & Packaging

We care for the environment. Our packaging is designed to be 100% recyclable. We minimize the use of plastic and optimize box sizes to reduce our carbon footprint.

21. Security & Fraud Prevention

To protect both parties, we use advanced fraud detection. If an order is flagged as high-risk, we may require additional identification. We reserve the right to cancel any order that fails security protocols.

22. Policy Updates

Noor Deen Store reserves the right to update this policy at any time to reflect changes in carrier rates or operational procedures. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
